What we collect

When you place an order on this website we collect what you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), delivery address (for delivery orders), any notes, and the details of your order. Card payments are processed by Clover. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to prepare and hand over your order, to contact you about that order, and to email you a receipt if you gave an email address.

Text messages

We may text the mobile number you provide about your order, for example that it is confirmed, ready for pickup, out for delivery, or cancelled. Expect 2 to 3 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We do not send marketing text messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with anyone for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run online ordering (payment processing, email delivery and, if switched on, text message delivery), and only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
